On this course, you will be able to use Gap Analysis techniques to identify the current state of business processes, define the future state and help the business to scope out opportunities for improvements. You will learn how to map and model processes using Business Process Model & Notation (BPMN), Swim Lane Diagram/ Process Flow Diagram. This course is very hands on and practical, so ensure that you have access to Visio or other tool such as Lucid Chart to practise your new skills.
